2 Fish is led by Executive Chef Jed Sneddon and Restaurant Manager Elgan Rees. Jed brings 24 years of culinary expertise, gained working in some of the world's finest restaurants and luxury hotels. Jed is a popular and recognized local chef, having previously been the Executive Chef at Pepper's Beach Club and the famous Nautilus Restaurant. A number of Jed's signature dishes are featured in the prestigious The Great Chefs of Australia Cookbook Series, alongside celebrity chefs Pete Evans and Manu Fiedel.
