Hailing from Scotland Head Chef Adam Ion brings a wealth of experience to 2 Fish. Awarded AA rosettes at the Western Isles Hotel on the Isle of Mull, an area famous for having the best Scottish seafood, Adam also trained as a pastry chef in the Scottish Highlands. Beginning his Australian experience at Nautilus, Adam joined 2 Fish 6 years ago, bringing his standout take on Asian European fusion food that diners have embraced so enthusiastically.
